Planned Production Release

What's included:

Capture projects

Start a project in stages — A new Start a Project page walks through Basics, the client's reference files and Details, then submits. It ends with a receipt showing what was created, filed, built and scheduled.

Reference files upload reliably — Uploads can pause, resume, retry after a dropped connection and carry on after a page reload. An assets project takes the asset list, area sheet, floor plans, import template and tag photos.

Rooms and schedule come from the files — The Details step shows what the files say: rooms from the area sheet and a schedule shaped like the last capture. Both are built on submit. The facility's PO history is loaded at the same time.

Project status keeps itself up to date — Sites, schedules and projects move between statuses on their own as captures come in. A site with no activity for 48 hours is completed automatically.

Live tab redesigned — It now has Overall and Today sections, each with its team table, and you can step back through earlier capture days. Facilities are listed in a table with their status, room split, today's captures and last activity. A facility's rooms open in a side panel with search, floor, department and status filters, and sorting. You can mark a facility completed or back in progress from here. Clicking a team member opens their contact card.

Wrap-up tab works from real data — The checklist is judged from the project's actual captures. Sign-offs are saved on the project, and the project can be marked on-site complete from this tab. You can pick several reports and queue them together, and the audit report is back.

Consumables IVR and post-onsite summary reports — Both can be queued from the project. You're notified when they're ready, and told in plain words if one fails. Report notices open the project.

Capture scheduling

Overall Schedule — A new full-width view lists CapExpert and capture users, with each person's months coloured by schedule. The Everyone timeline shows who is booked across all schedules. The view works fully from the keyboard.

Schedules protected from mistakes — Past days are locked, and so are started, closed and wrapped-up schedules. A facility that another live schedule already holds is refused, and the message names that schedule. A schedule takes capturers from one capture account only. Create Schedule is turned off when every facility is already booked.

Bigger, faster schedules — The 3,000 facility-day limit is gone; schedules can now cover up to 500 days. Saving is much faster. You can pick several days at once and edit days straight from the Overall Schedule and the preview.

Denovo

Furnish and install tracking — Room view can be filtered by furnish and install status and grouped by furnisher or installer. Items can be marked Received or Installed in bulk, including with select-all, and assets can be cloned into several rooms at once. Only super admins can delete a Denovo project.

Inventory and Contracts

Delete service contracts — Admins can delete a single line item or a whole contract document from the Contract and Asset views. Linked assets are unlinked, and the confirmation shows how many are affected.

Bulk delete for more users — Bulk delete of inventory is now open to every user type except divested facilities and vendors. Deleting no longer leaves stickers attached to inventory that's gone.

Map pins for every address — Facilities and marketplace listings without saved coordinates are now placed from their address. Before, they were missing or pinned in the middle of the ocean. The map also stays visible while pins load.

Expiring-contract alerts respect excluded facilities — Excluding a facility used to return no alerts at all. Now it simply leaves that facility out.

Clearer inventory details — The import queue shows readable status names. Inventory shows customer-specific identifiers and a damage tag. Images and action icons enlarge on hover.

CaptAIn

CaptAIn can be switched on per page — CaptAIn can now be enabled per account for each page: Dashboard, Inventory, Contracts, Fleet Planning, Procurement and Marketplace. Where it's off, it appears greyed out.

Filters

Filters behave predictably — A filter applies only when something is picked, and Clear all works the same everywhere. "Select all" with exclusions reads "All except N". Clear all in CoPilot no longer hides everything. Cart filters now use the standard filter bar with Clear all.

Accounts and sign-in

OTP sign-in fixed — Sending and checking a one-time code failed every time; it now works. An unknown email gets "User not found".

Lite facility upgrade fixed — Upgrading a Lite facility no longer hangs. If an upgrade fails, the error is shown and no upgrade email goes out.

Delete-account permission — Super admins can give sub-admins and partial admins the right to delete accounts. Partial admins can only delete accounts within their scope.

Admin tools (super admins)

App Features — A new tab under Developers switches an app feature on for everyone or for chosen accounts and users.

Device Timeline — Adds a capture pace chart (assets and consumables, idle gaps, zoom), a user journey view, US time zones, web devices next to the mobile app, and a "Last 2 days" range.
